Hello,

Well I started early on my winter projects with one of my cars prior to storing it by changing out the wheels. Some may or may not like the look, but it suits my goal for a clean yellow and black theme. Looking to achieve a more aggressive rear bumper, so will swap the current out sometime for a Precision Porsche GTS rear bumper for a 996 NB.

The wheels are RPK-038 19x8.5 et45mm and 19x10.5 et52mm with a 4 inch rear lip. Centers painted matte black and lips painted speed yellow to match the exterior. Interior is painted as well with some carbon fiber pieces.

I like it. There's was a yellow 996TT like this on Ebay for a while that was a stunner. It had HRE's though. It would a little over the top for me but I know it would be an attention grabber especially when moving...

Love those smoked headlights!!! Really compliments the rest of the color treatment. How is the light output with that though?

 

Thanks Reborn996, yea the light output is not bad at all and gives a pretty cool glow at night. I have not been stopped for the tinted lights, and my buddy who is a CO state trooper send he didn’t see a problem with it given he has seen some a lot darker!
