Help SOCAL 911 1999

I bit the bullet and took my car to hergesheimer in lake forest ca. I was told the oil burning was the spark plug tube rings for 280 thats ok but he said my tranny bearings were whining therefore 889 dollars to take and review the issue but worst case 8900.00 for a porsche reman tranny??!!!!!! help

Ouch that's rough, can't he get you a used tranny somewhere? Should be much cheaper than getting one from Porsche.

was not the tranny was oil dip stick leak...crooks...anyway 230 dollars later all good
