You have to get rid of the ugly NY standard orange plates. If you're a member of PCA, you can get white PCA plates which will look much better with your new color. I got the NASCAR beige plates for my dark green car, but that was before I knew about PCA.

 

those wheels look so much beteter than i expected. however i'd personally paint them gloss black and paint the lips/barrels body color. like a candy red time attack.

 

WOW.... really!! this is an amazing car! it was truly hard to imagine the final otcome, but i gotta tip my hat buddy..... good job!

It sucks that everyone has something crappy to say about the wheels... for god sakes.. its your car.. nt theirs. This is what sets cars apart from the rest of the "same ole ****!" If every person on this site had the same size wheels and the same frikin wing with only 4 colors to choose from, I could assure you that the activity on this stie would be crap too....

it turns out very nice.....you might want to paint the bumperettes also...cleans up the back nicely...

 

OK shes finally home, the wheels are sick, i really dont care about the comments, heres a few crappy cell phone pics lol my garage is a wreck, im gonna pull all the toys out later and clean up, then ill post a bunch of pics, as far as driving at night, the cars an 03, only has 24k on the clock!! if yoou look in the backround, ive got a few more toys, a 72 911 t, a 67 427 everett morison 427 shelby kit and my 86 911, that used to be a narrow body carrera (thats a whole nother post tho!!) ive got a 05 lorinser sl 500 and a 06 H2 thoe are my daily drivers, thanks again

But with those blacked out head and tail lights, does that car actually get driven on public roads?

It can't be legal, and if someone rear ends you and says that they couldn't see your brake lights.....you are screwed.
