I have it and unlike many here, I'm pretty happy with my OEM system. I'm guessing it includes a better amp and upgraded speakers.

I have the PCM, digital sound system and Hi-Fi options and don't know what they include - but they sound great.

I have to express another view. I had the factory Hi-Fi option in my car and always thought it sounded pretty good, until I upgraded it and realized how really bad it had been. The weakest link is the speaker, which are just trash. Listen to a good system and you will realize just how bad the OEM system is.

To clarify, my AM and FM sucks, but the CD and iPod sound good enough to me for a car. Not sure that sophisticated electronics would yield enough improvement to justify the extra expense in a Cab.
