That's what everyone keeps saying. I could swear no faster than 35mph. I question myself now. Maybe some previous damage/stress caused the breakage? Naaaa... I just fugged up good.

No sense in killing yourself over it. Just get that bad boy fixed and back on the road quick! That'll be the best cure for your frustration.

The weekend has been frustrating with no ability to move the pieces on the board. Tomorrow will be better. Movement toward an end helps.

Man, i hit a curb like 3 months ago going around 50 on a 15 mph right turn, i scratch my passenger rear side, and the car move pretty bad, i was able to correct the movement however the hit didn't cause any other damage thank god. After what happened to me this past 9th with me ex-GF (she went psyco and broke into my house stealing all my ****) believe me, fixing the car is not much but money.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Well I can see this is going to be a fight. The adjuster just looked at the car. Gave me a beak down of what would be replaced/repaired. It does not include my wheel and tire!!! Who knows what else is missing but that was blatant.

How do I go about fighting for replacemnet?

Thumbs down

I've got USAA for insurance and I saw the adjuster yesterday. Most painless experience ever. Looked over the damage, took photos, then walked me through a schematic of all that needed to be repaired, replaced, and possibly replaced. Said there could be "unseen" damage and that USAA would directly pay for all additional parts and labor, if they are needed. He even showed me where he put time and materials into the estimate to make sure all seals are removed and replaced during the painting!

Might be time to look for a new insurance company (after this gets cleared up with your current firm). I'd fight!
