And I realised that the new 997 C4S does not have the red strip at the back... somehow I like it with the red strip, what about you guys?

The Red Strip is Sooooooooooo Classic look at every 911 from 74 to 98 they made a big mistake changing that in 99 and an even bigger one not having it on the Turbo....

I get so much joy out of driving with the roof down, I'd steer you toward a Cab - all of my 911's have been cabs (and I live in Canada!). With the one-touch down mod (one of my favorite mods) and the ability to open/close while the car is moving, it's hugely convenient. Sit back, catch some rays, and listen to the Sport Exhaust - it's bliss!

CAB! IMO Porsche makes the best available performance sports car in a cab version. My brother even claims it looks better with the top up.
