New Member Intro

I've been reading on the site for months and just picked up my first 996 last weekend. Flew to Nashville with my 9 year old son and drove back to Minneapolis. What a great trip!

After months of searching I found this 2003, one owner car with 23K miles. Full documentation, perfect PPI and in impecable condition.

Very cool I remember many trips picking up cars with my dad when I was a kid. Usually after nice Sunday drives he would stop and the end of our street and I would drive up the block. Great way to learn to drive stick starting on a hill. I think the 1st car I drove was a 512 BB, I was about 11 could barely see over the wheel.

I come from a long line of Audis and VWs. So I am still finding all the great Porsche sites. Any other recommendations?

Congratulations! Beautiful 996. I hope I can do something similar in the near future with my daughter. She is almost 3 and is already a car nut!
