"Unlock" speed suppression on PSE...

I know I have read somewhere that there have been switch mods to selectively bypass the speedo suppression on my PSE. I have an 04 C4S. I love, love, love the exhaust note on this exhaust but with the speedo "muting" it between 30-50 MPH (estimating here), I miss the glorious sound during my favorite gear, 2nd.

I thought I have seen where owners have installed a switch to bypass the speedo so I can choose the have it loud or not. This is not to be confused with the factory switch to tone down the exhaust during normal driving conditions, but only the period where the speedo sensor mutes it.

Any ideas? I did a search but did not find the thread.

there is a DIY on rennlist - i chose to cut the diode on the relay - really quite simple and I still have the dash switch if i need it.
