Dirty Seat Belts

I have a Speed Yellow Cab with yellow seatbelts (big mistake). How do I get all the dirt and black marks off them?

I have used a foam fabric/carpet cleaner in the past with great success. Apply evenly, scrub into soiled areas, and air dry for a few hours. Good luck.
