i was at the dealer looking to trade up to an 02 and up 911 (currently have an 01). the dealer had 2 really nice lapis blue on black with aero kit c2's that were pretty nicely optioned. they were both 04's. sticker was 88k. anyway, he then tells me that they were pde cars and they have 8,000 miles on them. he gave me a price of 72 which is way too high. he then called me today and verbally told me 68k which i believe is still to high. kbb gives me a number of 68k for dealer price, 62k for private party. plus, these 8,000 miles are track miles. so the first question is, should i stay away from this car because it was a pde car and was driven hard? it is perfect otherwise. the next question is what do you think would be a reasonable price? thanks in advance.

 

my dealer here has 2 also both silver with same exact option and 8000 miles. i decided to stay away from them because they were both driven by "management", and looking at it closerly, felt that they were likely abused.

i think you can find some good ones with that price!!

auto gallery in woodland hills. both are 04, silver with sports seats, exhaust, 6 speed, and bose. i don't think they have xenon.

 

ive been emailing him back and forth today. he told me that msrp was 81k and that they were on sale for 71k, what a deal when i asked him about the pde he said that he wasnt sure if they were from that or not all he knows is that he got them from porsche. plus the car isnt all that loaded. definitly not worth more that 62-63 imho.
