alex this is getting quiet frustrating. i dont get a response till 7/9 and you dont respond to my emails. but i see u logged onto here. i gave u guys my cc info and now i cant get ahold of u guys.... all this for new tips ... can someone reply and give me an update on my order please.

 

Why don't you pick up the phone and just call them? I've called several times and they always picked up and were friendly.

 

the time difference and schedule makes it difficult.

 

I call our Cali office all the time, 7am pst is 10am our time here.

 

joey is helping clear this up so hopefully i can get this tip for a upcomming car show in 2 weeks.
