Hey Kris, its Alex from Fabspeed. I apologize for no one responding to your email and let me know who you emailed, its possible the email didn't come through. But I will try to find out what happened. We are hare Monday through Friday 8Am to 7PM.

alex this is getting quiet frustrating. i dont get a response till 7/9 and you dont respond to my emails. but i see u logged onto here. i gave u guys my cc info and now i cant get ahold of u guys.... all this for new tips ... can someone reply and give me an update on my order please.
