I called GT3TEK to order one of their wing add-ons for my 996. Once my call was answered I was directed to the GM Joel (I think). We had a great conversation not just about my questions on their products but on his back ground with Porsches and the fact that we both are track instructors. Now I wasn't spending much money on this order but he spent the time to discuss my questions about their other products and tell me about a new product they will have later this summer ( a GT3 front bumper). I felt like an old friend rather than just another customer. I will definitely be spending more of my money with them and also direct my friends who are interested in Porsches, their way.
