Here are some pics of the door panels, I decided to keep the middle panel leather. I think it gives a nice contrast to the suede. I didn't want the entire interior to be sude, I think that would have been too tacky. I haven't put the panels back together yet, I plan on doing that tomorrow. It is 11:30 at night here and I have been up since six in the morning for work. Time to get to bed.

Thank you MadeinPorche. I am very happy the way the interior is coming out so far. I will take overall pics once I am finished. I should be done this weekend or next weekend. I still need to order my steering wheel, I don't want the stock one in there, I can't stand the stock wheel. that Merc looks so sick. Won't lie though, the dash kinda reminds me of a Nissan 350Z. The steering wheel in that Merc looks like the one I am getting for my car lol

Thanks Makulu and Cerg!! I just put one of the door panels back in the car. I am thrilled on how it looks. I will take pics soon and post them. I am very happy I left the middle leather. Everything flows nicely together. In my opinion its how the car should have come from the factory (guess that's why I did it lol). I am not a very patient person but, with this project I have been and the attention to detail has really paid off. Makulu its a fun project, I like to go down at night to my garage bay where I keep my car and do a little each weekend night. It's not a very easy process as I am sure you already know. If your still driving your car I'd def say wait till the winter comes cause it's much longer than a weekend project.

I finished the passenger side door panel tonight. It didn't take as long as the drivers side. All I have left now is to order my steering wheel. In a week or so my carbon hood should be here and the car will be back on the road for the fall. I decided to hold off on doing the fabric in the rear due to not driving the car since the start of June. I wan't to get a couple months of enjoyment before I start on doing the rest of the modifications I wish to do over this winter. Once I get the car back out in the sunlight I will take better pictures of the interior and I will use a better camera other than my phone. If anyone is looking to do this modification to their car and need some help please feel free to message me.

The turn out looks awesome!!
Updated interior with some wow factor.

I was curious what glue/adhesive did you use to apply the suede?

Thank you MadeIn, the glue I used I bought at a fabric store. It is a commercial grade adhesive that is resistent to heat and water. Autozone sells one made permatex that works really well also. It comes in an orange can with a blue top, I have used this one in the past and it has never pealed or anything on me.

This is an awesome update to the panels, the factory "carpet" on the panels is horrendous. I wish you'd post a DIY walkthrough on how you did the doors. I'm veyr well versed in body work, but have never touched an interior, other than to use vinyl paint and re-dye leather seats etc.

Looks awesome and much more up to date!
