Help while I am driving my temp guage moves up to 185 but the limit lamp ( over 200) flashes any idea

 

Several possibilities - you need to read your owner's manual that explains what the light(s) mean. It can be your: oil temp, coolant level or engine bay fan. There are also several threads on this very topic - one started a couple of weeks ago. Check your coolant level and don't drive the car if your lights are blinking.
