I have searched everywhere for this and just can't find the answer.
I won't get my 996 until next week so I can't experiment for myself for the answer..

What is the bulb type above the turn signal and what is it used for?
I'm guessing they're some kind of parking light..

Thanks, are they turned on manually?
Also, are they h3 bulbs?

Yes, when you pull the headlight ****/dial. Yes pretty sure, but I'd confirm.
