Hall sensor Cam/crank device location? need to alter the egnition

Hall sensor Cam/crank device location? need to alter the egnition
Hi
Is there anyone how knows where the "device" Nr 40 (located at Nr 1 on picture -marked in red) that the Hall sensor 1 and Hall sensor 2 is conected? And is the Hall 1 and 2 the Cam and Crank sensors?
Wy I ask is that I whant to alter the ignition with a piggyback and have tried to conect it on pin 21 on the ECU but it doesent work -maybe I have to connect it before the "device"? ( I guess its some kind of compare computer)
any suggetions?
