Lowering Springs (C4S) Install Quote
Lowering Springs (C4S) Install Quote
How much are you guys paying for a professional install? The quotes I'm getting are all over the place. One was 9 hours of labor + alignment. Another was right around $1100 and I have one that is $670 including alignment. My fear is going with the lower cost (reputable shop) but find out that it's more after they start working on it. One shop said the lowering springs was more labor intensive than full coilovers. What's a reasonable cost for install?
I got a quote on springs and front and rear sway bars for $650 + $150 for alignment. I was thinking of putting the Eibach Pro Street Kit.
One thing if I may, I was told that to remove the excessive negitive camber the camber bolts may need replacement and also if they align according to Porsche specs there will be a 2 degree toe out in the rear, have them remove that and go neutral rear toe.

springs are q bit more labor intensive than coils because you have to take the existing mcpherson's apart and put the new springs in. 670 including alignment is an awesome deal IMO. i would normally charge around 500+ for springs plus install and then the alignment on top of that...
