One of my friends bought a new 40th Anniversary 996 about a year ago. He has the X51 in his car, and wants to know if that package includes the PSE. I told him him about PSE, and now wants it, but is not sure if his car already has a tuned exhaust from Porsche. I asked him if he has a switch inside, but he does not. Also he was quoted $2200 for the PSE and 13 hours labor. Does that sound correct? Thanks for your response.

 

PSE is not part of the X51 package. I had PSE installted in my old car. It's been a while, but seems to me it was more like $1700 and six hous of labor.
