Holdem is infamous around these parts
Please keep us updated on your findings. I haven't seen anyone personally that have shared their experiences with these.
Your right about that! I will objectively share the good, the bad, and the ugly. Hopefully no ugly! No shame, expectations are in line.

And if they don't work, I still have four fenders to cut up,

I still have four fenders to cut up,
Four OEM steel fenders, two 996's and two 997's.

WOW! Really bad on the FRP's. Impossible to fit into place. Fiberglass was super thin and involved flexing the panel as much as 60 degrees (impossible to do without breaking) to attempt a fit.
Have four OEM fenders that are going to be cut up and welded next week.

My advice as others have already mentioned is to go with metal fenders! Buy them prefabbed or have it done.

Can you share what brand or seller these were from so the rest of us can make sure to stay away? Thanks for taking one for the team.

I find it ridiculous when you pay close to a $1k or over depending on manufacturer and not have something fit even remotely close.

BTW, have any pics?
