Shopping for new tyres

Dear all,
My P zero rosso N4 is time to replace. Does anyone have experience with Michelin pilot sport 3? Street use only. Is this the most appropriate option?
Thx

Pilot sports work well, I understand Michelin is coming out with one called the Super Sport which is supposed to be a little less $$. Others you may consider: Kumho, Sumitoma, and Hankook.

Here is Tirerack's Consumer Survey Results for Max Performance Summer category:

I've been a PS2 fan for years, and just switched to Pilot Super Sports in September. They're great in dry and wet traction and 10% lighter than most tires in that size range. Seem to be wearing fine with regular daily spirited driving. Tirerack is a board sponsor and DAMON has been helping 6SO'ers for years with excellent service for all our cars.

The N rating is the "Porsche tested" seal of approval, and takes time. That said, some of the early 991's arrived at dealers last year with OEM equipped Pilot Super Sports, even though they were not yet N-rated. We should expect them to price the same or higher as PS2 once the N rating has been earned. For now, enjoy them while they're "cheap".

I've tried several tire brands on my 996, and I'm back to the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 N3. They are more expensive than the non N-spec tires, but I really believe they are the best for this car, for many reasons. I didn't like the Pirelli P-Zeros on the 996, and I really didn't like the Sumitomo HTR ZIIIs on the 996.

I'm looking forward to the Michelin Pilot Super Sports being available in the proper sizes for the C4S. My understanding is that these sizes are in development.
