Question Aerokit 2 - how to fit the side skirt? [SOLVED]

I'm doing some modifications on my '02 carrera: M030, C4S front bumper and aerokit II side skirt (a "40 jahre" look but in black)

I've just received the complete kit from Porsche for the side skirt but i'm wondering how to mount them on the car: there is a 3M tape and two screws for each side of the skirt, but there are also a lot of black clips with screws for the bottom. I don't see how to use them...

If somebody could explain it to me, thanks a lot.

Also if somebody has the Porsche TSB n°6658, it would be fine (I have the 6315 for the aerokit 1, but it's quite different...)

I've just seen that's my first post and I have not introduced myself.

I live in France near Paris, I have owned a '02 996 carrera since 2009. It is quite stock for the moment. I'm doing some mods on it.

Hello Pouch216.
You may want to consider asking Renntech.org or Rennlist.com

The clips mount under the car along the body (no drilling required). They align with the mounting holes in the side skirts.... However, make sure you know what you are doing before you install with the tape as that tape sticks very fast and hard. Go here..

Thanks,

I'll post some pics of the mods when the car will be finished.

With the tape, start taking little off at a time after you mount the bottom rivets and start pulling the tape as you press against the sideskirt starting at one end.

My mods are finished (4S front bumper + aerokit cup2 side skirt + RoW M030).

The side skirt were not so easy to fix: the nine clips per side are really difficult to align... And there is a hidden screw near the rear wheel... But after a long afternoon, it's ok.
