Wheel seals destroyed bt powder coaters?
What needs to be done is repeat the original assembly process. Disassemble the wheels. Clean throughly, reapply oem type seal. (may be silicone sealer, may be O-ring) Reassemble, usually new bolts required & torque to spec in proper pattern. And yes the bolts are not cheap!

Good luck OP. PM me if you have a hard time finding bolts. I have a couple sources.
I watched a youtube video on the manufacture of 3 piece wheels... can't remember the manufacturer??
Anyway, they just applied some sort of silicone sealer (like you would caulk a bath tub) where the two pieces of the wheel met...
I don't know if the silicone was special or not??
