Yes, I've been driving the car around for almost 2 weeks now. I don't see any noticeable change, sound, disadvantage, negative side effects, etc coming from missing 1 stud. At least nothing immediate just yet. I'm sure there will be...maybe...some day....but I hope not.

But if ever there will be an exhaust leak, (by the way, I always check under there with a bright flashlight for visible smoke coming out of the manifold other than the muffler tips). I will do the STOMSKI way as suggested by IAPorscheDoc.
