I would like to see an example of the smoked clear lights on the C4S. Since they are not a shade of red, there would be no issue about a different tint of reds. It might work, but I'd have to see it to really know...

I think they look good on a NB but like other people here have mentioned, I'm also a little concerned about the C4S center light strip matching.

Agreed. If I had the center strip I would not done this.
