Is it possible to repair this break
As you know replace it will cost a lot
Is there any idea to solve this problem or leave it as is?

 

Any chance you still have the piece that broke off? If you don't I think any possible repair would be very obvious.

 

I doubt it can be repaired, look for a salvaged one to replace it,

 

That doesn't looked like it can be repaired. I would first look for a used one and if can't find one PM and I'll get you a price on a new one.

Not sure where you are located, but there is a brand new Gen2 light (can't recall if it is left or right) on craigslist (LA/Orange County) for $350 which is pretty cheap. Those are so expensive it is insane. It is non-HID. I almost bought it as insurance
