Driveway rubber ramp
I have not, but it seems like a darn good idea. Down here in Florida we don't have curbs per-say but kinda like a dip to channel the water. My wife say's I almost scrape when pulling in and out so she's concerned about me lowering the car, I think at an angle I should be ok, but if you find something like this post it so we can all check it out.
Flybye its all these county building codes that require a minimum grade on the incline and if your home sit lower than the curb height you usualy get the dip that will even get a awd car/wagonhybrid to scrape. Now if you are buying a new home and have not already closed I would complain to your builder and tell them you will not close till the resolve the issue. But if you have already closed well then you can follow the basic instruction that we did for our customer. We fixed it no charge but it was because the hump wouldn't alllow a factory height camaro to drive over it, so we just wanted to make the customer happy.
Best thing would be to have the hump at driveway approach cut out and repoured and 3-4' after that cut down as well. We did this for a customers home because he could not get his camaro in the driveway.
See picture :
A. where we cut out the part of the drive that had the hump marked in red.
B. shows the angle of the original drive
C. shows the angle after the fix and repour.

I have a Bridjit driveway/curb ramp, which I purchased from Amazon for about $300. It works well enough, in that I don't generally have to worry about scraping the muffler tips when I cross the stormwater run-off channels at the end of my driveway. I say "generally" because there are still times when I wince because I didn't hit the angle just right. I also installed an engine guard (bolt-on aluminum shield) to help prevent damage. Hope this helps.
