I don't know you would remove your stereo with the keys. I can help you with the ac relocate.. very simple actually.. just unplug it and run the wires down to the new position. a little tip.. take off the side pieces of the center console.. the carpeted piece.. that will help you relocate the wires. You will also need a new face plate to go at the bottom, since there is a curve where the ac control fits into. Let me know if you need that part number.

easy process..

Get the radio removal tools, you can find them on ebay, just search for "Mercedes Radio Removal". I would say search for "porsche radio removal", but none show up. Nevertheless, it's the same exact set of tools for Porsche/Mercedes/Audi/VW, etc. They look like two small blades that slide into the radio. Once they lock in place, pull forward and the radio comes out.

Ebay Auction for Radio Removal Tools

You can get them for under $15.00.

Next, after the radio is out, there is a trim ring around the A/C controls. It's easiest to loosen it from the bottom. It comes out directly to the front. Once you remove that trim ring, there are 2 screws that hold the A/C controls in place.

Of course, they are about $3 at your dealer!
