Replacing my Side Mirrors - Quick Question!

I have a '99 C2 and I'm replacing both my side mirrors. I'm planning to just get used ones on ebay. However, someone warned me that if I get the wrong kind of mirrors they would not work in sync with my seat memory function. Is this true? Are there different kinds of side mirrors for 911's? I find that strange. Are there side mirrors with and without memory chips inside their motor assemblies that would make them synchronize with my seat memory function? What would be the part number/s for mirrors with memory functions then? Looking at the Catalog there is only 1 part number :-( Confused

Check the connector plug. If memory serves me correctly, mirrors with memory will have 10 protruding wire tips in the plug. Non-memory will have 5.

So the answer was YES, there are specific mirrors for 911's with memory seats and mirrors for those without! Thank you Pors-Vette! I have to look for those mirror assemblies with 10 wire connectors then.
