HRE website have no Porsche as a choice

i was playing on the HRE website. i wanted to see how one of the wheel could look on a careera. they have a "showroom " section where you can pick a car and wheel to see how they match. but suprisingly, porsche is not one of the make out of the selction. don't understand. instead, i found honda, a toyota celica.....

I have HRE's on several of my cars and deal with them often, I asked him why no Porsche's and he told me that Porshe will not give them the rights to display Porsche cars.

that makes sense. they wouldn't release their cars for Gran Turismo, either.

I know in the motorcycle industry, Honda is notoriously stingy with their models and more specifically their logo.

Bingo.

Porsche tries to protect its trade dress in some over-the-top ways, but that's why you don't see it in too many ads.

Tire Rack is an authorized supplier/vendor for Porsche too.

Go to wheelenhancement.com, and navigate to your model.....click on the HRE wheel of your choice, and you'll see tons of pics of PCars w/HRE's.

Porsche has a copyright on the image of there car as well as the cars profile..
There is a fine line of what you can and cannot use when selling your products..
