Performance intakes
If anyone is interested in our V-Flow intake, I just posted a coupon for 15% off until the end of the year over here: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...w-website.html. Here's a link to the product page for it if you'd like to purchase: http://www.evoms.com/996_Carrera_Air...ntkvf996na.htm
It's one of my favorite products in terms of bang-for-the-buck. Seat of the pants, it gives a noticeable improvement in power and torque at mid-to-high revs. We use an oil-free filter, so there's no risk of damaging the MAF after installation or service. It also uses a full plastic airbox that seals to the decklid, so intake air temperatures are minimized.
That said, my favorite 'feature' of it is the sound. Above 3/4 throttle and about 4000rpm, it has an epic induction sound. I recommend people try the intake before an exhaust if they want more sound but are worried about drone--inside the car it makes a huge difference in engine volume under those certain conditions.
Let me know if there are any questions, hope the coupon is useful if anyone was interested.

Does anyone have dyno graphs to reflect hp gains with aftermarket air intakes? I would like to purchase an air intake, but do not wanna waste $ for a little extra engine noise and no hp gains...
Here's a great chart of ours. Black trace is stock ('04 C4S), blue trace is only our intake, and the red trace is our intake plus our tune. The intake gives 10-14wtq across the powerband, with a peak gain of 10whp.
