Possible move to Honolulu

Hey Folks, possibly making a move to Honolulu HI.
My concerns:
Will my 996 survive the trip out?
Is it a Porsche friendly area? Theft, vandalism, climate?
Any indys or is the stealer my only option?
Thumbs up or down with the locals?
If anyone has made the move feel free to PM me.

Hawaii like any other place has its friendly and unfriendly elements... just use your judgement.

Such a beautiful place... Enjoy your time there.

Sorry, but you ask many hypotheticals. I would assume most (if not all) vehicles shipped over make it fine. Likewise, because there is a lot of money on O'ahu, I assume there are plenty of Porsche's to warrant a few mechanics as well as the Porsche dealer in Honolulu. Also it would be a fine place for a convertible. Have a great stay.
