I know that if the top is down the rear windows won't come up. I replaced the rear window regulator. Now the top will not come up. So I cannot replace the glass. If I put on the Hard Top will that allow the rear windows to come up. The last time I had the hard top on the rear windows worked I think.

 

Try sticking your finger in the slot where the front latch of the hardtop goes. This usually bypasses the switch that prevents the back windows from operating with the top down..
