I posted on here a month or two ago about advice on getting my air bag light off. I could not get it to clear with my Diametric software and cable. I had a code 31. The belt buckle receivers were replaced, but the light stayed on. I asked for advice on here, but never got a single reply so, I'm letting you Know what it was in my situation. All it needed was the ignition switched replaced and then I could clear my air bag light with the software. So, just FYI. If you get a code 31 and nothing seems to help, the ignition switch may be the issue. Easy fix. This was on my 99 Carrera, not the 996TT pictured.
