Is that street legal? It must have been imported privately. Damn nice and I bet it will be worth a fortune someday like the CLK GTR street versions. That reminds me. The last episode of Top Gear had the 190E 2.6 16v as one of the cars to become a collectible in the future. I think the CLK-GTR, CLK-DTM, SLR and the 500E from the early 90s will be the ones to watch. That 500E was the first time that they shoehorned a large engine into an E-class. In fact, it had the flared fender lips and it was even assembled by Porsche.

Bumble,

I thought everyone went to Ventura on Saturday? CC was not great because all the Porsche People were elsewhere...

CC is always great, lately - there is at least one or 2 cars that blow me away (and I've been going for over 2 years now) I don't think many people from 6speed went to Ventura, haven't seen pics - last year was fun, but to be honest , it's more of a parts swap meet so I think many of us didn't think the drive was worth it (other than having a fun drive w/friends).
