2001 996 rear bumper upgrade - advice !

Hi all, im thinking about a rear bumper upgrade. Since i had my new exhaust done (x-pipes and stainless mufflers) its more visual then before. I want something that completely hides the exhaust system + is more for the eye than the oem one.
Thinking - will a turbo bumper fit ? Any advice appreciated . . .

The OE turbo bumper cover is wider than your bumper cover. As a result, it won't fit properly and the exhaust outlets won't be in the right place. There are aftermarket "turbo look" bumper covers for narrow body cars - that is probably a better option. I recommend that you buy a polyurethane bumper cover as opposed to a fiberglass cover.

I'm a fan of the 996 rear cup bumper but if you just got an exhaust you would need to reroute the exhaust pipes

Obviously a rear diffuser on a 996 would be ornamental rather than functional, but there are some aftermarket rear bumper covers that have this feature.

I have no affiliation or recommendation of this company's products, but have a look here:

There are others out there too...

GT3tek makes one that goes over your existing bumper but not sure if it will hide the entire piping underneath or not.
