Here is what I was looking for
· MK1 MY 2000 to early MY2001 most bang for the buck + (latest iteration of 3.4 with duel row bearing)
· Super clean unmolested garage queen
· With records
· Low miles
· Local 1 or 2 owners
· Full leather
· Nice after market stereo set up
· 18 inch sport wheels
· 6 speed manual
· Cab with Hard top
· Color Gray, black, silver, white or yellow

Here is what I purchased
MY 2000 production date 12-99
· Gray
· 6 speed

unmolested garage queen
low miles

· Partial factory aero
· 18 inch sport wheels
· Cab with Hard top
· Super clean unmolested garage queen
· With records
· Low miles
· Local 1 or 2 owners

Depends whether leasing or buying/keeping for a long time. It's like owning a home. When you rent an appt, you don't touch anything or risk paying for the damage when turning over. When you buy a house, you look for good bones, location, price, must-have features, etc. then you customize it to fit your lifestyle. Change the paint color, ditch the old appliances, add some landscaping, or add a second floor or pool.

I love this car but I was on auto trader today looking at 04 turbo cabs - I can only do this when my wife is not around.
She calls it Porsche ****.

1st Porsche in Jan, 6 months later, a 2001 Turbo. I'm with you. Fulfilling mine and husband's childhood dreams but not wiling to share seat time.
