Keeping oil level high help lube IMS?

Does keeping the oil level high help lube the IMS? Does the oil level get that high under normal idle and driving conditions? I also have a theory about the outer race failing on the IMS, is it due to idling and low rpm-ing the car? My theory is that the unloading bearing bangs around unloading and loading smacking the outer race. I'm am totally just guessing from what I have read about the failures.

Problem is the bearing is sealed. Oil level will do nothing for it. IIRC the theory is the bearing grease/lube will leak out over time causing the bearing to dry out. Then lead to failure. There is very little engine oil that will seep back in.
