I finished some mods tonight... *PICS*
I received my Bumperplug order today, I was jonesing all day to go out and install the new parts. After we returned from Dinner at around 10PM I Finally had a chance to go out and play. Last night I got a head start and installed the new Alum. E-brake, SSK, RUF Pedals, GT3 Console Delete, and removed the center console.
Mods:

Last weekend I installed Fabspeed's Muffler bypass pipes. The car sounds MEAN... I can't wait for my first Denver track day in two weeks. Thanks ROBYN! The whole interior has come alive. The splash of yellow down the center makes a huge difference. I will eventually upgrade the dials to match the rest of the Alum. pieces. I went from a plain Jane Dull interior to an PURE EYE CANDY! I could not be happier with the outcome.
I also want to point out Eric's products are always delivered with the highest level of quality. His company did an excellent job packing each piece. Again he has outdone himself every piece had a mirror like finish. This is my 4th Porsche that has receive his treatment, every time has been wonderful. I just wanted to say thanks Eric! BTW Cores will go out on Monday.

SANDOVAL, very nice!! I have been waiting to install the ruf pedals too. When I positioned them to drill the holes into the existing pedals, I noticed that the holes would have to be drilled very close to the top of the existing pedals. I was concerned about possible damage after repeated use because of that. Where did you locate your holes for the clutch and brake pedals?

My996 good question they are a pain in the *** to install since the space is confined. My instructions below should help make the install a bit easier. The two pedals themselves are aluminum so once you make the screw holes they are pretty strong.
You are correct the holes do need go up towards the top. So to make it a little easier here is how to install the pedals.
Of course remove the existing rubber pads on the pedals in the car. Use a flash light or shop hand light to provide you with light behind the pedals. This is so you can see through the holes and know when you have made it far enough onto the pedal, since you only want to go down just a bit. For reference with a small drill bit in hand center the RUF brake pedal on the pedal in the car (Start the hole from the top so you can see light then slide down) now mark the two holes. It marks easily so the small drill bit should leave a mark by twisting with some force (With your hand). Now look at the marks, are they to low? If they are ok then have some one depress the brake using the bottom tip while you use a hand drill to drill the holes make sure they are a little bigger then the bolt provided in the install kit. Ok you have holes now install the pedals use a 7mm hand wrench to hold the nut to the back this is tricky. Don't use a power drill to screw the bolts, use a Phillips hand screw driver. The screw/bolts strip easily.
Now that you have the brake pedal done you can do the clutch same instructions just make sure your pedal is aligned with the brake pedal. the gas pedal is a breeze.
This should make your install easier.

If you have a Coupe most likely you have the two rear switches available on the rear spots on your rear center console which are blanks now. I would move them there.
