Misha 911 contact?

Hello all,
Does anyone have a contact at Misha? I ordered a gt2m wing for my c4s early in December and was told two weeks to make at time of purchase. I scheduled my paint shop for second week in January, to allow plenty of time. I have called multiple times to get a updated schedule on the wing. Twice I did get to speak to someone and they told me they would call me back and never did. Several messages have been left on their voicemail and never returned.
As a business owner I realize, I must have spoke to someone that simply works there and not the owner. Anyone have a better contact (email or phone) than the number on their site?

Thanks

Thanks Franco, but that is what I have used. I was hoping someone had a connection with the owner. As I'm sure he would want to keep his clients happy or at least in the loop. I know I would and do.
Enjoy your day,
Ed

Ok no problem, that's strange. You couldn't reach anyone with that contact number there?

They have busy spells and can be unresponsive for a day or two. I found leaving a voicemail on their office voicemail will elicit a response before long...ultimately they deliver a good product.

Hey Kricci, thanks for the update and feedback, is good to know, not to be dealing with a nightmare company, that looks somewhere professional based on their website, but that doesn't mean anything if they can't deliver good customer service.

I recently bought a rear duck wing for my 997 from them. and while they were a little slow getting it to me and it took a couple phone calls to track progress, all turned out well. I placed my order just before the Xmas holidays and they were apologetic saying with lots of orders and off days at year end things were a little backed up. The wing arrived, got painted, is on the car, and is just terrific. I am happy with them.

happen to me too, I'd order their GTM wing late Dec. 2013. It took about 2 month to receive it. I PM them numerous time and they said they were busy during the holiday sales & all, had to order parts for it..blah, blah, blah. Two month is ridiculous but I received it eventually. looks nice tho.

They should be caught up from the holidays. Keep trying.
