Have a 996 gt3 and sometimes I get envious of the 997 interior. The 996 has too many pieces and just like in my old 996 c2 I feel like it's cheap plastic. I would like to have my dash finished in a one piece alcantara trim such as the RS 4.0. My question is, is that too cheesy/dumb or even a waste of money?

 

I guess it's all about your own personal tastes, bug bears, style and requirements plus a splash of affordability. Me personally I'd leave things as they are.

My biggest dislike about the entire car = I hate how flimsy and cheap the indicator and wiper arms feel, now if I could upgrade these id do it tomorrow
