Swapping rails No power ---> POWER!

Okay I have a pair of standard heated, black leather 996 seats with embossed crests on the head rest. Which are full power 8 way. I also have a pair of new to me Sport seats out of a GT2! They are sweet! Brand new condition with embossed crests on the head rest. They have manual rails and no Heat.

Here is my question I looked at the bottom of the seats it looks like the rails are held on by a large torx bolt on each side of the rear and plastic fasteners in the front (Giant Zip ties so to speak)

Are these the only points holding the rails to the seat?

I am assuming to do the swap I will be swapping the switches too?

Finally what is involved in swapping the heating mechanism inside the standard seat? Or is that a HUGE project in itself, not worth doing? BTW I Have only turned my heated seats on once in my Jeep so I doubt I would use them...Maybe it would be smart for me to pull the wiring out of the car and sell the seats with the wiring on ebay it could bring more $$$ for the seats? Is this an option many people want to upgrade to?

Thanks for your help and suggestions...
Eric
