Debating on if I should drop my car? (H&R springs) I was told when Porsche's come into the U.S, they are tweaked to fit US customs. And one of those tweaks are the height level of the car. (They raise it) Lowering it would somewhat return it to where the car should sit. Handling and drive I've heard would improve..Any thoughts?
Yes, I did my C4S with H&R springs and really like the look. Ride wasn't compromised at all IMO. It looks like you have 19" wheels, so be very careful because you might rub.

I lowered my C2 Coupe, about 1.25".
It got a lot more involved than I thought when I decided to do it.
For it all to work, expect to purchase more items than just springs, ie. Shocks that are made for less travel.
Once done, I could not be happier.

Your ride looks sweet with the drop! Are those 19's? Any issues with rubbing? Thanks..
I say Yes. You won't regret it. I have the H&R springs with 19's. The ride isn't bad at all. However, I do have to be careful of parking lot curbs, entrances and my incline driveway. I will also rub a little if I hit a harsh dip in the road. Although I think I'm beginning to suffer from the rear sag a little. I'll probably end up going to adjustable coilovers eventually.
Stone, car looks sweet!! What drop are your springs? The car looks really low for springs. Maybe it's your tire size? What size tires do you have? That may be why yours rub. My wheels are 19x12 in the rear and 19x9 in the front. My rear tire size is 295/30/19, I forgot my front tire size lol
