HELP!!! Hood doesn't close. I removed the

left (passenger) headlight assembly to change some bulbs. I noticed a cable sitting there. I pulled on it thinking it opens the hood, it sure did open the hood. It was kind of hard to pull. I don't know why i pulled on this cable. Now trying to close the hood and it doesnt latch.

Did i break something?
