without offending anyone,would it be dumb to have a gt3 tail and gt2 front bumper or turbo front bumper or should i keep gt3 with gt3.I'm not trying to trick people,I'm not going to put any emblems other than what it is but what do you guys think?i know it's personal opinion but i don't want to look like a poser.

seems like you more worried about what everyone else thinks, sure guys on here are gonna say that it's sacrilegious to mix those two, but in the end everyone is gonna have there own opinion, do what you think looks good, it's your car...

 

Many people here have the GT3 front bumper and GT2 style rear wing(misha). So I guess it's personal choice...

 

Its your car man do what you want with it.
Take this car for example. The guy added Eagle Talon front lights to it and I dont hear anybody giving him crap.

It's your choice, but since you're asking all of us, I think you should go with the Mk 1 GT3 style. It would fit your lights better and be a nice overall look.

 

Might affect aerodynamics with mis matched Gt3 bumper/Gt2 wing but .....................

 

believe me,nothing i would ever own would ever look like that red thing(not that there's anything wrong with it!).I already have the gt3 rear which i like the best,that's why i bought it,i like the gt2,turbo,and then the gt3 front in that order.what do you guys think?

Here is the Mk1 Gt3 that would be correct with your car.

 

I would keep it all the same.

 

I dont think you have to keep it all the same as a rule of thumb or anything. Just go by what you think looks good. Really spend the time to make sure it looks right.

For instance, a GT3 front with a misha gt2 style wing would look very good. Even a turbo/c4s style rear bumper for narrowbody might look good with a GT3 front.

 

i did it. i mixed the mk1 gt3/aerokit skirts and rear wing with the gt2 'look' bumper. i like the gt3 bumper but wanted more aggressive. i think it turned out great. get thumbs up from strangers ALL_THE_TIME. i only get scoffs from the 'moldy figs' if you get my drift . don't care what they think anyway. i think my car looks hawt. 'bully for me'

 

Your car does look hot! I did not know they made that bumper for early 996's.
