Its the whose that connects to the throttle body and to the filter on screen left. The hose is old and worn out and i can not read the part number on it and would like to replace it before its starts to leak. Also do you think it will be wise to replace the filter as well?

So, as seen here http://www.autoatlanta.com/porsche-p...section=107-10 part #'s 28 (hose) and 30 (vent line) are most likely part of the vacuum system. The "filter" you mention in your post (#30) is probably a valve as opposed to a filter. Unfortunately, it's a bit pricey - you should make sure it is indeed not operating properly before you replace it, otherwise you could be out $225 + shipping for no good reason. Good luck

Thanks dporto. Will definitely double check the valve if it needs replacing. The hose on the other hand definitely needs replacing its starting to show real bad wear and tear and braking apart on the out side.
