Any changes between 996 C4S model years?

Hey guys. I apologize for making a noob purchase thread. I've been hunting for a C4S for a while now, and while I have a tendency to be looking for 04-05 cars, I'm not really sure if there is any merit to that. At this point, you're looking at a car that, at best, is 12 years old, verse 16 years old. I feel like it's either going to be problematic, or it's not...the MY isn't really going to be worth much difference, if you're looking at cars with similar miles and service history.

Were there any published improvements/changes between the 2002-2005 model years that truly make it worth hunting for a later C4S? I'm looking for an honest driver, albeit a pretty one. One that I always look back at in the parking lot, but am not worried to leave in the back of a parking lot.
