Project almost done
HI all
I've owned my 996 almost since new and a few years ago once it was out of extended warranty I decided to start playing with it. First was the supercharger, then carbon and a new wheel, new wheels and a few other bits and pieces. I then did some alcantara myself and bought some vinyl and added some stripes after falling in love with the 911R. I've just redone the seats and added a roll cage. I also added agency power mufflers and got the taste for the sound so headers and cat delete x-pipes are now the final touches. She's pulling almost 500bhp at the moment. Austin from Vivid hooked me up with some parts and suggested I should share pics with the forum. So here you go! I've also got a Misha GT2M wing, but will probably take that on and off to change the mood. Not sure on it yet.

Hi Anthinoz,
Got some questions about your amazing project;
Brand of the rims?
Which brand of audio system in the picture?
Would you share some details about the supercharged engine please.
I'm not a fan of customising cars like ours but this one has been really well done. It looks like something the factory could have done I really like it.
regards Ivo (NL)

Thanks Ivo. The rims were custom made by Ramspeed in Australia. Not sure where they source them from. I made the 4S inserts after the basic machining. The audio system is an alpine head unit with an upgraded amp - still running bose sub and speakers. I've integrated an iPad mini with full functionality, running spottify etc plus some cool engine monitoring software which allows me to have all sorts of cool gauges on the Ipad - it's an OBDII wifi thing. The ipad just sits in place with magnet and can be simply removed (aircon is still underneath it)
The supercharger is a VF Engineering Vortech v3 which I think a lot of guys on this forum are running. I have a local Porsche racing mechanic who has custom tuned the ECM (he spent about 3 days playing with it to get as much HP with the right fuel mix etc. I have a 3rd radiator, oil catch can etc.
