2004 4S license plate light

One week into being a first time Porsche owner. I noticed my license plate lights are not working. Both bulbs were burnt out and I replaced them. However, I still do not have working lights. I checked with a voltmeter and have no power at either light. I only see license plate listed on the fuse panel as (Canada) and that spot A7 is empty and a dummy space.

Any ideas?? Anybody know which fuse the license plate lights fall under? All the other lights seem to be working normally. I really would not care except when I take it to Texas inspection it will fail for this. Thanks in advance.

Tom

Thank you. My bad on not reporting back. The dealer I purchased the car from took it in and found the harness was disconnected.
