need advice on dent removal

During the holidays I parked my car very carefully as always outside of a movie theater. I picked an end spot and pulled way over to the side. When I cam out there was about a 15 year old Cadillac parked about an inch from my front bumper. It was obvious that the driver didn't just happen to stop that close to my car. Further, the car had these huge police car or taxi cab type bumpers on the front. But when I looked at my car I could not see any damage so I assumed that he gently touched my car with the rubber bumpers and then backed off. Wrong!

About 2 weeks later when I washed the car I saw the dent right smack in the middle of the bumper. It's real small which is why I missed it but once you see it it's really annoying and seems to get bigger every day!

So my question is what is the best way to get this repaired and does anyone know of a place in SoCal that they would reccommend? The paint is not broken and the dent is very slight so even though the bumper is plastic can a "paintless dent remover" do the job? Someone told me about The Bumper Medic in Costa Mesa. Anyone have any experience with them?

Any guidance would be appreciated!
