rear disc pads low warning

Folks,
Sorry to bother but I searched the site for some advice but couldn't find any.

Just replaced my brake pads on the Vantage front an rear. Got all the sensors back in but couldn't get the rear disc pad low warning to stop coming up.

I removed all the sensor wires and let them hang and still nothing. I assumed the "sensors" would ground out to the rotor to active the low pad warning when pad wore down.

Any ideas?

Thanks in Advance!!!

Sensors are for pads only.

How many miles on your discs? I'm approaching 40K miles and just getting ready for new discs (DB9).

I have 30k on it. 2009

Yeah, the pad sensors is what I mean.
The rear had worn down till the warning came on. So the sensor was wearing on the rotor. It's just a wire embedded in plastic. Just wondered if something needs to be reset or something.
I replaced the rear rotors because they had worn from the low pads. They were easy to change. However, the parking break was a pain to open up.

Yes the pads had worn down to the bare wire on the plastic piece so they were touching the rotors. That usually grounds out and indicates the pads are low. However the warning won't go off. Didn't know if there is some kind of reset involved?
I am at 30K on the car. The front rotors look great but I let the rears get to lower and the rotors didn't look that great so I replaced them.
Pads are easy to change. The rear parking brake caliper is a pain to open backup.

So if the sensor lights came on before you changed them then you need to install new sensors. The sensor doesn't ground out, the circuit gets broken by the sensor being worn down.
